Are children allowed to come to the appointment?
We love kids, but our boutique often has more than one appointment at a time. We aim for every Bride’s dress shopping experience to be memorable. Children that are noisy or disruptive may interfere with a bride’s special moment and we may ask them to step outside. Ask about a private appointment on a weekday if children would like to attend.
What should I bring to my appointment?
Bring pictures to help your bridal consultant learn your style if you did not see a style on our lookbook.
Undergarments you plan on wearing that day (ex: spanx, strapless bra)
Non-traditional shoes you might be considering (ex: cowboy boots, converse)
Will you have my dress size?
Yes! Sizes are important to us. We typically have sizes ranging from 8-28. We can clamp the dress if it is too big and provide coverage if too small. We can order dresses size 2 through 34! We are also a certified EveryBody/EveryBride retailer which means we have an extensive selection of plus size dresses. We carry sizes 10-28 in our Loft selection.
What is the price range?
Our dresses range from around $1500 to $5000. The Loft at White Weddings Tallahassee has dresses $300-$1000 All dresses at our Loft location will be sold off the rack as is! If you have any questions regarding price point, or options for financing, please feel free to reach out to us!
Who selects the dresses I will try on?
Your bridal stylist will begin the appointment with dresses selected from your lookbook and will continue to pull dresses throughout your appointment. With over 10 years of experience, we’ve learned allowing Brides and their parties to look at almost 400 dresses prior to the appointment. can be overwhelming. Your stylist will pull dresses purposefully until you find the perfect dress. Trust us! This will make dress shopping fun and stress free! For Loft appointments your stylist will select dresses based off your measurements so that we can find a dress for you to take home that day in your size!
How long will my appointment last?
We have found 1 to 1.5 hours is the perfect amount of time to find the perfect dress. With the help of your stylist you will try on a variety of styles, eliminate what you don’t love, then retry on your favorites to be assured before you say Yes!
